The delivery of your package

Deliveries are done on business days, within 72 hours after payment received in full at the address you mentioned on the order.

Lead time is only given as an indication. If the lead time exceeds thirty days from date of order then the sale contract can be cancelled and the purchaser refunded.

The buyer must check his order when he received it to compare with what he ordered.
Any claims will have to be carried out within 48 hours at the latest following the delivery date by registered letter with acknowledgement receipt. In the event of damage during transport, we ask you to refuse the delivery of a damaged parcel (damaged box, broken box, box unsealed, etc…)
It is up to the buyer to refuse or to put any reserve at the time of the reception of the goods and to provide any justification on the reality of anomalies and noted degradations.
These reserves will be related to the delivery order of the carrier, the day of the delivery, in the presence of the driver. Those must be précised and quantified.
Moreover, the claim must be also confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgement of delivery to the carrier company within 3 days following date of delivery.

The prices indicated for the whole of the products, per unit or/and batches, include the expenses of handling and packing but do not include the transport cost and carriage.



Returns for exchange or refund remain possible after agreement and confirmation from our services with a return material authorisation number without any penalty exception of the transports costs which are not refundable, and provided that the item has not been modified (undergo any modification) or damaged and be returned in its original packaging or secure packaging and labelled with the return material authorisation number.
